Our firm’s principal consultant, Tony Malik, has been invited to be the main speaker at the November 2014 meeting of the Atlanta Chapter of the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents (“GAEA”). The Atlanta Chapter of the GAEA is one of the most vibrant local chapters of Enrolled Agents in the nation and regularly calls upon top industry experts including EAs, CPAs and attorneys alike to present emerging and technical tax topics.
In his capacity as speaker, Tony will speak on international tax issues including the U.S. jurisdictional framework, global double taxation, and the influence of bilateral tax treaties on U.S. domestic law. The presentation will be geared towards discussing compliance challenges with international tax law.
