Our firm’s principal consultant, Tony Malik, has been invited to be the main speaker at the July 2015 meeting of the Atlanta Chapter  of the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents (“GAEA”). In his capacity as speaker, Tony will speak on special international tax issues affecting U.S. expats. The presentation, titled Special Tax Issues for Expatriate Americans, will be geared towards U.S. taxation of foreign retirement/pension arrangements and passive foreign investment company (PFIC) laws applicable to foreign financial investments of American taxpayers.
