Tony Malik of Point Square Consulting and Jon Ripans of Valuation Matters are invited to co-present on the taxation of real estate to the Georgia Society of CPAs in May 2015. Tony will speak on the international taxation of foreign investors in U.S. real estate. He will also discuss globally tax-efficient holding structures and other international tax planning techniques. Jon will discuss property tax laws and procedures with an emphasis on tax appeals.
